Cameron was being a little too quiet so I went to find out what he was up to, as he kept trying to prolong having to go to bed. I found him in our room trying on Chad's pajama pants and got a kick out of it, he looked pretty funny!
Here are some of the funny things Cameron has said...

I just got finished helping the kids clean up the tornado they had created downstairs with all the toys and games when Carson comes toddling over and dumps out all of the pieces to one of the games. I said, "No, No Carson - it is time to do a clean up." Cameron was right there and quickly stood up for his little brother by saying, "Mom, don't get mad at him - let him do whatever he wants. He is my BEST friend and my brother and I love him."

This was our conversation as Cameron was eating his preschool treats in front of Courtney and she was screaming for some too...
"Cam, you really shouldn't eat your treats in front of Courtney, you can either wait to eat them or share with her." "I'm not mom eating in front of her" "well then what are you doing?" "I am eating them beside her!"
8/14/2010 - Cameron's Dinner Prayer
... I'm thankful that my mom is not mean to me and that I am not being mean to myself, thankful that I could come out of time-out!..."
"Mom, why is there a tree growing in our garage?" I thought it was funny he noticed, we were just keeping it in the garage until it got a little warmer to plant it - there were a couple days it was going to be quite cold."
"Cameron, it's time to get dressed" Mom, after I get my dress on then can I play?"
Every home seems to have different rules or restrictions, but there are a few things I just do not like to hear. One of Cameron's friends were over and used the word hate and another time the word stupid was used. I replied, "we do not use those words in our home." Cameron then questioned, "only outside mom?"
Cameron is always trying to come up with an excuse of why Dad can not go to work. "Dad, you can't go to work, we need to do Family Home Evening."
I was getting out all of the Easter decorations and Cameron excitedly exclaimed "Easton Eggs, I love Easton Eggs" He has a cousin he loves named Easton so I think that is where "Easton" came from instead of "Easter Eggs"
"Mom, sister needs you!" Cameron yelled from upstairs. "I will be there in a bit, thanks for watching out for your sister" I replied. I guess he hadn't ever really heard "watching out" before and asked, "Mom, what do I need to watch for?"
"No mom, you can't bring Courtney upstairs - she can get oweies!" (However you spell it)
"Aubree you can't go home, it is late and dangerous!"
"Mommy, now you can run fast that you don't have a baby in your tummy"
"When you get older you can have another baby in your tummy, right mom?"
"When Courtney gets older, we going to wrestle!"
After doing a family home evening on the Tree of life from the scriptures Cameron will say, "lets build a Big and Spaceship Building!"
I asked Cameron to repeat what he had said and he replied, " I already told you Mom"
"Mom, where is the stoop stair, I need it to wash my hands." (Do you ever get tongue tied? - he meant to say step stool.)
Sometimes you forget simple expressions that little kids don't know. I was holding a bowl and dropped it - Cameron said, "What happened Mom?" I told him I had lost my grip. He looked around and said, "Where did it go?" "Where did what go?" I replied, "Your grip!" He said with a puzzled look on his face.
Cameron wanted Macaroni for lunch today, I told him "lets have a Corn Dog instead since last time you didn't really care for Macaroni!" His eager response was - "I will be careful mom" Needless to say, we had Macaroni!
Cameron was whining and flailing his legs around, I asked him what was wrong and this is what he came up with... "I was a little bit freaking out!"
