Distractions!

I was watching the "Transformer" movie with Cam, and was laughing at what I thought was a funny part.  Supposedly Cameron didn't think it was very funny or he thought I was laughing at him and told me, "Mom, stop laughing"  I told him that I liked to laugh and he replied, "It distracts me, I guess I will just have to cover my ears!"

"Princess-rella"

You can tell we haven't been used to having girl things around the house - Cameron asked for a "cars" fruit snack, I told them they were all gone so he said, "then can I have a preincess-rella one?"

Courtney, Where Do Your Sock Keep Dissapearing To?

Here they are mom!

Courtney always wakes up from her nap with her socks off, I have wondered where they all end up.   This particular day her shirt was a little bulgy and this is what we discovered!

I soon realized taking off socks was nothing compared to the new phase we are going through - now whenever I hear "Mom, diaper"  I go running because I am tired of washing her bed sheets!  We have had to pin her pj's under the zipper so that she doesn't un-zip it and then take her diaper off.  She always acts so innocent when I go in - handing me her diaper saying "dirty mom, dirty"

Field trip to the Krishna Temple with Cameron's Preschool Class!

Cameron loved exploring and seeing all the different animals, this beautiful peacock kept showing off his amazing feathers!

The kids were able to feed the llama's, walk them around with a lead rope and RIDE them!!

The llama's were very friendly and gentle and this one was a bit stubborn.  Cameron couldn't believe how hungry this big guy must have been, he didn't want to walk around or play, he just wanted to graze on the grass.

Between Cameron and a few of the other kids the llama's all had names - Meet Snowflake!

This one recieved the grand name of "66" (I think he had a 6 on his collar).  We had a great time at the llama farm.  I was so glad Grandma Peterson was able to watch Courtney and Carson so that I could spend some time with Cameron and be a "helper".  Cameron was pretty excited and introduced me to his little preschool friends.   I haven't always got to be apart of these things with the other two little ones needing me at home.  Fun Memories!

Mother's Day!

These are the moments that a mother always cherishes!  Carson is my little cuddle bug - Courtney is my little ball of energy and excitement and Cameron still likes to be mom's little boy with his hugs and kisses and melt my heart with his sweet comments!

Cameron was so excited to have me open the gift he made for me in preschool, he brought it home from school and then counted down each day till mother's day. It felt like Christmas as he came running in my room early in the morning exclaiming "Mom, it's mother's day - you get to open your present" It was a cute wooden flower that he painted (the center of the flower was a picture photograph of him) with a a clip on the back to hold a recipe card up for easy reading while preparing the food!

I am so grateful to be a mother! As the day's go on I truely gain a greater appreciation for my own mother and all of the hard work and dedication she gave and continues to give!

We went on a hike up to Grandma and Grandpa Peterson's

I Love My Visitors!

Courtney, Easton & Nixon playing while Cameron went to fetch more toys! Mom & Dad visiting with Uncle Blake & Aunt Tessa & Carson just glad to be apart of it all!

Aunt Tessa grabbing the two 1 year olds who kept escaping up the stairs!

Tessa reminding Easton that this was his new cousin she had been telling him about!

We were glad Great-Grandma & Grandpa Randall came to visit as they stopped through town and before they went off on their little trip to Maryland!

We are glad Aunt Aubree is living a little closer to us now that she is going to school in Provo - but we still don't get to see her as often as we would like!

Grandma & Papa Gailey - Grandchild #5

Uncle Jed & Aunt Tara were on a cruise for their anniversary the day I was born. They were excited to meet me when they returned home!

Aunt Alicia, Cousin Allie & little Carson

Aunt JaLaine will soon have another one of these little ones of her own. Thanks for bringing over that yummy soup and rolls JaLaine, we loved it!

Grandpa Peterson & his 16th Grandchild!

Carson with Grandma Peterson & Uncle Deven. Grandma gets to keep ahold of the little guy while the Uncle's step in for the picture.

Coming Home!

Tight Squeeze! Cameron & Courtney were just checking out their new little brother for the first time. Thanks to Grandma Peterson we were able to go to the hospital and pick up Mom & baby Carson. Because of the huge outbreak of the swine flu they would only let two visitors in the room at a time and NO children under the age of 14 - so Grandma stayed in the car with us while Dad went in to get Mom & baby. It was a awe striking site for mom to look back and see the back seat full with her 3 beautiful children!

Thankful to some thoughtful friends and family who made our day even brighter with these beautiful flower arrangements!

"Mom, can I hold baby Carson?" Big brother of two now, proudly holds his little brother.

Relaxing with the boys!
