Posing in our new Easter clothes!

What a wonderful Holiday we get to celebrate as we remember the resurrection of our Savior Jesus Christ! I am so grateful for his atonement and sacrifice. I hope I will be able to be an instrument in teaching my family these important truths and blessings and that we in turn will grow closer to our Savior.

Thanksgiving Point Easter Egg Hunt!

It was a little cold, windy and a bit rainy so we had to keep Courtney cuddled up in her car seat, but she kept herself busy and didn't seem to mind!

Cameron and his cousin Easton on the tractor train. Neither one of them were too sure of it at first!

Picking up the Easter Eggs! There were a ton of them scattered throughout the lawn, but as soon as they said GO! the eggs disappeared quite fast with the many kids that were running after the goods!

Sometimes I think the parents are a little more determined to fill the Easter Basket than the kids are. We tried to hurry Cameron along to the next Easter Egg when he said, "I've got some, I don't need anymore." We left it at that, grateful that he didn't want more candy, and went onto the other fun festivities!

A Fun Day at the Zoo with Cameron's Little Friend Cash!

Courtney with Mommy's Aunt Connie

We love being able to get together with family. Even though we are back in Utah we still live an hour away from a lot of family members and don't get to see them as often as we would like, so it is always a treat when we see them.

Those cute chubby cheeks have gone down quite a bit now that I am not nursing. They were so kissable and squeezable!

Making Valentine Cookies with Aunt Aubree & Danielle

YES! I think the sugar got to him. It took us a really long time to get him to hold still to take a picture, so you will see the best we could do.

We had a really fun time making them, decorating them and then delivering them to our neighbors.

I am glad I had some helpers or else I don't think they would have ever gotten around to the neighbors before the next holiday rolled around. (As you can see I am just getting around to posting the pictures and it is the end of May!)

Fun Shots of Our Cute Little Courtney!

Needing to try mom's drink - Well at least the bottle tastes pretty good!

Checking out the new toys on her swing and wondering why mom keeps interrupting her so she could get a picture!

My little thumb sucker! Some people sure put up the red flags and have all kinds of warnings to make for a child who sucks their thumb, saying that it is such a difficult habit to break. I guess we will cross that bridge when we get there. As for now, it has been great for her to be able to sooth herself when she gets tired and I don't have to run around trying to find a pacifier.

Courtney loves her bed, in fact it is hard to get her to go to sleep when she is not in her bed. Unlike Cameron who liked to be rocked or go for stroller or car rides to fall asleep v.s. his bed. Even though Courtney likes her bed, she sure knows when its time to get out and play. She gets so excited and always has a huge smile on her face when she sees someone peeking over the the rails of the bed to say hello and get her out to play!

3 1/2 months old and her first attempt at rice cereal. She loved it, but just wasn't used to the technique of pushing her food back and swallowing. So needless to say for one tiny spoonful, it usually went in and out of her mouth about three times before I could give her more. It is so fun to see these little ones learn new skills and grow - it only took her about a week and she had it down pretty good!
